Terms of sale
These terms govern the sale of the WeboScore Pro plan to consumers and professionals. Accepting them is required before any payment. The free scan and free accounts are not covered here and remain free of charge.
1. Purpose
The Pro plan unlocks, for a fixed period, monitoring of domains whose ownership you have proven by a DNS TXT record: domain and TLS expiry alerts, broken-link crawl, sitemap analysis, multi-page audit, exposed-file probes, a history of every check, notifications to an HTTPS endpoint of your choice, unlimited saved audits, read-only report sharing and a public badge showing the score.
2. Account required
Buying the Pro plan requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. You warrant that the details you provide are accurate.
3. Prices
The Pro plan costs €9.99 per month or €99.00 per year. Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business exemption): no VAT is charged. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Payment
Payment is made in a single instalment through PayPal, which accepts PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We never see or store your bank details: they are handled by PayPal alone. Access is granted once PayPal confirms the payment.
5. Duration and renewal
Each payment grants 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) of access. There is no subscription, no tacit renewal and no recurring debit: at the end of the period the account automatically returns to the free plan unless you buy a new period. Buying before the current expiry extends it rather than restarting it.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Pro access is opened immediately after payment, you expressly request performance before the end of that period and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Until you have actually used a Pro feature, you may still request cancellation and a refund through the contact form.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents or failures of the third-party sources consulted (registries, DNS, PayPal) may interrupt it. Monitoring runs on demand and is capped to stay polite towards the sites analysed.
8. Liability
Scores and findings are indicative, produced by automated analysis, and replace neither a manual audit nor professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions taken on their basis. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the period in progress.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account, which erases your saved audits and verified domains. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, notably by scanning third-party domains in an attempt to circumvent the ownership verification.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Should a dispute arise, please contact us first. Consumers may then refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [to complete — required before any sale to consumers: name, address and website of the mediator]. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those provided by law.
